We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from SK-Shopeu.store. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, we will gladly assist you with the return process.
As we sell various products and refund policies differ depending on the product, you will find the respective refund policy on the corresponding product page. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
To be eligible for a return under our voluntary returns policy, the item should be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Where possible, it should also be returned in its original packaging.
Please contact us before returning an item at:
Email: info@sk-shopeu.store
We will then send you the relevant return information.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method used.
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the refund will be processed in accordance with applicable legal provisions. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sk-shopeu.store.
Please provide your order number and, if possible, attach photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund has not yet appeared in your account, please first check your bank account and then contact your payment provider or bank if necessary.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
If you still have not received your refund after that, please contact us at info@sk-shopeu.store.

Statutory rights of withdrawal, warranty rights, and consumer rights also apply to reduced items, as provided by law.
